Everyone's got a little jar of coins lurking about somewhere, but you can bet your bottom dollar that it's not as clever as this chap!

It looks like a standard enough jar until you get a better view of its lid and see that it has an in-built LCD display, a couple of pushbutton controls and a slightly odd looking coin slot. The reason it looks a little strange is because inside the slot there's a sliding gizmo that detects and records every coin that you insert!

So no more guessing how much money is in the jar! The current balance is always shown on the LCD screen, so you always know what you have. And if you want to make a withdrawal, you can either manually enter the amount (the display automatically switches to a 'withdraw' screen when you unscrew the lid) or you can push the coins through the slot while the lid is off. Easy peasy.
